What do you mean by .75 cent variant? The original cover price is 75 cents and as far as I know there were no variant covers. Do you have a Marvel Masterpiece reprint? Can you post an image? Can you give us the eBay link?

I've just reread the Kitty Pryde & Wolverine limited series from 1984/5. It was the most I'd enjoyed a Wolverine story in ages. I wish the character was still written like that. Come to think of it, I wish Kitty was, too...
